FULL 90 DAY QUALITY WARRANTY

All Etonic footwear styles are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of the original purchase. Defective footwear will be repaired or replaced with the same style or an equivalent Etonic Footwear style at Etonic's sole discretion. Claims for damaged, altered, or abused footwear will not be honoured under this warranty.

LIMITED WATERPROOF WARRANTY (SELECT MODELS)

Protection from the elements is critical to your comfort, performance, and to your enjoyment of the sport. This is why Etonic warrants certain Etonic Footwear styles to be free of material or workmanship flaws that cause the footwear to leak water for up to 2 years (depending on the style purchased) from the date of the original purchase provided the footwear is reasonably worn and cared for, and that the leaks are not the result of cuts, abrasions or other damage to the footwear, or from unreasonable use. If the leakage develops during the first year of any warranty period, Etonic will replace the footwear with the same or an equivalent style upon prompt return with the sales slip to the original place of purchase. If the qualifying shoes are returned during the second year of the 2 year warranty period, Etonic will credit 50% of the original cost toward the purchase of the same style or equivalent Etonic Shoe. The Limited Waterproof Warranty extends only to the waterproof characteristics of the footwear. This warranty does not apply to footwear used outside the United States of America. The applicable warranty for such footwear is the warranty issues for footwear sold in the country of use.

CONSUMER CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Defective footwear, together with the original sales receipt showing the purchase date and a statement of the claimed defect must be promptly returned to the original place of purchase. Warranty claims presented without the original sales receipt will be honored at Etonic's sole discretion. Etonic will not be liable for any consequential or other damages arising from the use of this footwear, or any delay in the performance of this warranty due to casues beyond Etonic's control. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Even though the applicable warranty period may not have expired, certain conditions may invalidate Etonic Footwear's warranty coverage. By way of example but not all inclusive, Etonic will not issue credit for returned footwear styles that have experienced:
  • Excessive wear
  • Any type of abuse or mistreatment
  • Excessive damage to upper caused by scuffing or toe drag
  • Cuts, abrasions, or punctures to uppers or outsoles
  • Damage resulting from lack of proper maintenance
  • Damaged cleat receptacles caused by using not-Etonic recommended cleat replacements
